I developed as a specialist in MANAGEMENT AND AUDITORY CONTROL of works in an important construction company in Mendoza, Argentina, where I was trained intensively in contractual analysis. After a year, I started my international career in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, C.A. making management control and acquiring knowledge in equipment and machinery of general use in construction, prices of acquisition and their costs and performance of specific roadwork projects, where later I was linked to the projects as advisor specially in SUPERVISION, MONITORING, AND VERIFICATION (PROJECT CONTROL, UNIT PRICE AN …[+] ALYSIS OF WORK AND PRICES OF WORK) in road projects and project management in the Road Development Plan of Guatemala. In 2001, I specialized on Roads in Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Came back to Central America (Tegucigalpa) as commercial representative (7 years in internationals sales) in the consultant company Técnica y Proyectos S.A. (TYPSA) where, besides identifying, analyzing and acquiring consultancy contracts in the whole region, realized formulation, evaluation, and infrastructure project development, as well as structuration and financial evaluation of them. I was involved in the development of several emblematic projects in areas as PLANNING, COSTS ANALYZING, FINANCIAL ANALIZING (some of them under APP scheme), and PROJECT CONTROL. In 2009, I decided to move to Guatemala; to lead a consultant company (2 year in International sales) specialized in PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND TRUST, working together with the “Banco Industrial”. The company did COST ANALIZING OF WORK, FINANZING, CONTRACTUAL ANALYZATION, PLANNING, MONITORING, VERIFICATION AND CONTROL of the advances in road projects and dredge of mayor costs, where we should rise and analyze a great quantity of information in a monthly terms to at least 200 projects per year (simultaneously -2 trusts a year in 2 years) ASSESSING THE TRUSTS and the beneficiary ministries. Once in a while I would involve in many hospital projects and in a fifth trust that was administrated by the EMPAGUA as ASSESSOR OF THE TRUST AND AS PLANNER AND AS CONTROLER OF GIVEN SERVICES. In 2011, I came back to the leading of civil work in a clean energy project in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, where I did PLANNING AND WORK CONTROL applying my knowledge in unit of costs in work and of new tendencies of machinery and equipment in construction, and later I made many consulting in Port infrastructure for the Spanish company TYPSA for the extension and rehabilitation of pier #3 of solid bulk in Puerto Cortes, Honduras. During the years 2011 and 2012 (as described in this resume) I worked as consultant project manager in the company OPTIMA CONSTRUCCIONES S.de R.L. (2 years in a Internationals sales, until now) which is dedicated specially to infrastructure of Renewable Energy Projects (hydroelectric and Wind Power Project) and sustainable public works. I participated in renewable energy of installed power projects of WIND FARM PROJECTS: 102 Mw (GAMESA) y 39.6 Mw (VESTAS), and HIDRAULIC PROJECTS:104.0 Mw, 3.5 Mw, 38.5 Mw, 124.2 Mw, 98.1 Mw and 172.9 Mw. During 2013 I became part of the project management team for the construction of 17 kms of roads, 22 platforms and 22 foundations of 450 m3 of massive concrete and in the supply, montage, and startup of the turbines VESTAS V100 in the ALBA RIVAS wind farm project in Nicaragua. Then from October 2013 I was working in a supervision of port in Honduras, Solar project in El Salvador, and from july 2014 Currently I´m working in On Shore and Off-Shore ports supervisions works, Uruguay.
