Collaboration between two leading mining software providers, MICROMINE and IMDEX, has brought together detailed geoscience analytics with sophisticated 3D modelling and mine design software to enhance the geological modelling workflow. The collaboration means geoscientists will be able to directly import ioGAS (.gas) files into Micromine 2020 software to map and model geological domains.

Industry leading, fleet management and mine production solution, Pitram, has been rolled out at Kirkland Lake Gold’s (ASX: KLA) Fosterville operation in Victoria to support the miner’s low-cost production growth strategy. The implementation brings the total number of sites in Australia using Pitram to 22, further extending Pitram’s presence in the industry.
MICROMINE, the leading provider of mining software solutions, will be exhibiting at the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada Convention (PDAC 2019) in Toronto, Ontario from March 3rd till March 6th, 2019. PDAC is the world’s premier mineral exploration and mining convention, with over 1000 exhibitors, 3500 investors and 26000 attendees from 135 countries.
The world’s largest mineral exploration collaboration, MinEx Cooperative Research Centre (CRC), has welcomed MICROMINE as the sole software provider to be involved in the landmark project. MICROMINE will provide information and advice on software solutions for mineral exploration as part of the $218 million CRC project, which was set up to develop new technologies to increase the discovery of new mineral deposits.
MICROMINE is excited to be exhibiting its intuitive mining solutions at the annual SME Conference and Expo in Denver, Colorado. The conference is one of the premier events for the mining and metallurgy industry and brings together over 6000 attendees from across the globe including mining leaders, policy makers, investors, technical experts and service providers.
The program was initially designed by a master’s student at the University of Western Australia.
MICROMINE has joined an elite group of mining software and machinery providers to offer technology solutions integrated with the International Rock Excavation Data Exchange Standard (IREDES).
The AEMA 2018 Annual Meeting will be held at the Spokane Exhibition Center on December 2nd – 7th and will feature over 100 speakers and 250 exhibitors as well as a core shack over the 6 days.
MICROMINE will be exhibiting its intuitive software solutions at Mines and Technology conference in London from the 27th of November through to the 30th November.
