HR Leaders – ‘Game On’ at 2013 Resources Summit Gold Coast, QLD 7th – 9th May 2013

While the resource industry is still predominantly making progress, 2012’s curtailing mining industry has posed new challenges for HR leaders in 2013.

Today’s modern HR leader requires much more than a parody of ‘The Pirates of Penzance’ monologue sing-a-long to the Major General’s song.  They must tackle challenging industry issues whilst developing innovative solutions to sourcing (and retaining) increasingly sparser talent from an ageing, overpriced domestic market.  For many, getting ‘in the game’, also means retaining foreign talent and juggling proactive people strategies in-house.

Thanks to Media Corp International, there is help for our wonderful HR Leaders. From 7th – 9th May, 2013, an elite group of companies and senior HR staff will converge on Queensland’s Gold Coast for an HR Leaders Resource Summit to discuss the paradoxes HR leaders will face in 2013.

Media Corp International is providing a unique opportunity to interact with peers through a series of sessions, targeted and personal workshops, keynotes, panels, think tanks, round tables and 1 on 1 meetings.

This is the only event in Australia designed specifically for senior HR leaders from within Australia’s major mining, utility, construction, oil and gas companies to discuss and interact over issues facing the industry.

As a HR leader, your role will benefit through visionary presentations with leading solution providers who are focused on organic growth from within.

If you are interested in participating in the event as a HR leader, speaker or a supplier, please contact Tyron McGurgan, CEO of Media Corp International at [email protected]
