Onetrak celebrates re-opening in Western Australia and the launch of new product lines

Ken MacDonald, Owner and CEO of Canadian forestry equipment manufacturer, Tigercat, and the team of Australian crushing and screening manufacturer Striker joined Onetrak staff and customers in celebrating the re-opening of Onetrak in Western Australia.

“Striker was pleased to attend the Onetrak Bunbury WA open day and to see so many of our loyal customers visit and inspect the full range of products on offer. We are proud to be associated with a company like Onetrak who are driven to succeed in the construction equipment industry with brands like ours”, Neil McKenna, Striker Australia Business Development & Dealer Manager.

The event was held on Thursday, 23rd November at Onetrak on 8 Wallis Road, in Davenport. It was also an occasion to celebrate the launch of new product lines, such as Hidromek construction equipment. The Onetrak yard was temporarily turned into an equipment demonstration site where customers were given the opportunity to drive and test a range of equipment including a Hidromek excavator and backhoe loader, Tigercat skidder and Dressta dozer. A Striker jaw crusher was also on static display during the event.

“We would like to thank all customers who showed interest in and attended the function. Our staff based in the Bunbury and Albany regions have taken Onetrak to a new level and we’re excited to see what the future holds with the addition of the new brands to our product portfolio” Hendrik Visser, Onetrak Regional Manager WA.

“I was very impressed with the quality of the Backhoe especially the plating and welding, compared to some of the other makes. I will be organising a demo with this machine in the new year. The function was also very nice” David Cain, PLC Earthmoving.

“It was fantastic to be able to celebrate the opening of the larger Onetrak Bunbury facility with customers, suppliers and staff. Onetrak has committed to the South Western region of WA in a significant way with this larger purpose built facility in Bunbury. We have several new field service trucks with well-trained service technicians, a large investment in parts inventory plus new brands such as Striker crushing and screening, Hidromek construction equipment and Terex Fuchs material handlers to complement our already significant investment in the Tigercat forestry equipment range and Dressta dozer range. We wanted to let the broader market in WA know that Onetrak is here to stay and ready to work with our multiple customers in the key market segments of forestry, construction, quarries / mineral processing and industrial material handling” David Hazell, Onetrak Managing Director.

“I was very impressed with the Tigercat forestry machines and the changes they have made to the cab as well as the hydraulic system. I was also very surprised to see the quality of the new Hidromek machines that Onetrak is the dealer for. It was a well-organised and enjoyable event” David Hughan, Plantation Logging. In 10 years Onetrak has grown from a single construction equipment franchise in Brighton, Tasmania and extended its reach into the earthmoving, forestry, quarry & mining and material handling industries. Today Onetrak has a national network of outlets in Western Australia, Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania.
