The British Columbia-focused explorer has district-scale holdings, the Kitsault Valley project, in the southern leg of the province’s 'Golden Triangle'.
The company announced it will defer completing the facility's rare earth hydrometallurgical leaching, purification and rare earth precipitation circuits until 2024.
The acquired portfolio includes one producing gold royalty on First Majestic’s La Encantada gold operation, four development silver royalties and three advanced exploration silver royalties.
