Gulfside acquires three iron ore projects

Robert L. Card, President of Gulfside Minerals Ltd. ("Gulfside" or the "Company"), is pleased to report that the Company has acquired, subject to TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") approval, an option to acquire three iron ore projects. The first project is comprised of 49 mineral claims located near Port Snettisham about 30 miles southeast of Juneau, Alaska. This project is a titaniferous magnetite deposit on the Snettisham Peninsula which has been intermittently explored since 1969.

Thundermin executes formal agreement to earn a 100 pct interest in a large portion of the stirling zinc

Thundermin Resources Inc. ("Thundermin") (TSX:THR) announces that it has executed a formal agreement (the "Agreement") with two vendors (the "Vendors") giving Thundermin the right to acquire a 100% interest in eight Exploration Licences (404 claims over 64.6 kmĀ²) (the "Stirling Property") which cover a large portion of the Stirling volcanogenic massive zinc-lead-copper-silver-gold sulphide belt located on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia (see Thundermin's news release dated June 23, 2011 for additional details on the terms of the Agreement and the Stirling property).
