Your mission:
- Independently handle export documents: create various certificates (including;Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, Insurance Certificate, Bill of lading, Packing list, SDS, EUR1, Dangerous Goods Declaration...).
- Handle full set of documents: Print documents, sign, stamp, scan, get approved by customers and send by DHL
- Follow up export files: send reminders, ask for feedback both from customers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, Regulatory Affairs, Chamber of Commerce, Embassies, suppliers, customers, colleagues various handling.
- Work proactively to avoid problems due to late receipt of documents (follow up ETA containders).
- Make necessary corrections to incorrectly prepared documents.
- Update Excel file with pending files
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or similar through experience.
- Some experience in an administrative position is a plus.
- Language skills : Dutch and English are a must.
- Computer knowledge : Microsoft Office with good knowledge of Excel.
- Enthusiastic and proactive team player.
- A colleague who likes to find solutions and is hands-on.
- And who is also administratively strong.
