We are looking for an engaged candidate with a solid interest Secretarial experience to become part of the Beijing Office Team. The chosen person will be motivated to advance their knowledge and commitment to contributing to a collaborative team environment.
The main tasks and responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Department Head, including management of emails, documents, travel schedules, and daily operations.
- Assist the team in organizing and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Support with translation of documents accurately and efficiently as needed.
- Support client-related activities and requirements in Beijing.
- Maintain an organized internal information system for effective management of files, reports, and data.
Qualifications and requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in Business Administration or other related field.
- Proficient in communicating effectively in both Chinese and English, both in writing and verbally.
- Well-organized and skilled in efficiently initiating and overseeing daily operations for the department.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Against a restated 2019 baseline, we are targeting to reduce our Scope 1, 2 and 3 industrial emissions by 15% by the end of 2026, 25% by the end of 2030, 50% by the end of 2035 and we have an ambition to achieve net zero industrial emissions by the end of 2050, subject to a supportive policy environment.
