Responsibilities
- Manage all documents and records in accordance with established company procedures and standards
- Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management and tracking of project documents
- Ensure all documents and records are properly filed and archived
- Monitor project progress and ensure documents are being signed and processed
- Generate reports on document and record control status
- Ensure documents are processed and controlled in compliance with all project and legal requirements
- Coordinate with project team and other departments to ensure project documents are submitted and approved in a timely manner
- Familiarity with an EDMS platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, project management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in document control
- Must have experience utilizing information management systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in the construction industry
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced English is a must
