Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards and contractual requirements.
- Facilitating effective interdisciplinary communication
- Ensuring that the latest revision and accurate documentation are submitted to the client
- Maintaining specific project's logs
- Familiarity with an EDMS platforms
- Providing project reports to management, vendors and clients as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, project management, or a related field
- +3 years (Oil and Gas Industry) Document Control experience required
- Proficient in the use of document management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediated English B2+ is a must
