Position Overview

Oversee the operations of logistics subsidiaries in Africa and multiple overseas countries, formulate regional development strategies and supervise their implementation.
Develop and execute international logistics strategies, plan logistics network layout, determine shipping routes and partners. Take full responsibility for the daily operations of international shipping logistics, manage and optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, customs brokers, ports and other partners to ensure seamless integration of logistics services.
Establish investment and financing systems for overseas logistics businesses, lead cross-border capital operations, M&A activities and cooperation negotiations to optimize resource allocation.
Facilitate collaboration among the group headquarters, overseas subsidiaries, and external institutions (governments, financial institutions, law firms, etc.).
Promote the construction of digital management platforms to enhance data transparency and decision-making efficiency for cross-border operations.
Build a global logistics risk assessment framework, monitor geopolitical, exchange rate and compliance risks, and formulate risk mitigation strategies.
Supervise financial compliance of subsidiaries, review overseas business budgets, financial statements and cost structures, and provide strategic financial analysis.
Optimize logistics resource allocation, improve resource utilization, reduce operational costs, and enhance corporate economic benefits.

Qualifications

Preferred majors: Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Transportation, International Trade or related fields.
Over 8 years of work experience in cross-border logistics for bulk commodities, proficient in international shipping processes, and familiar with international trade rules and relevant regulations.
Familiar with business environments in Africa and emerging markets; priority for candidates with international operational experience in shipping companies/brokers or those who have led large-scale logistics system construction projects.
Fluent in Chinese and English (written & verbal), capable of independently conducting international business negotiations and preparing bilingual reports. Possess cross-cultural sensitivity and excel in team collaboration with diverse backgrounds.
Proficient in international logistics and supply chain management, knowledgeable in international financial standards, foreign exchange management and tax planning; skilled in SAP, Oracle and other ERP systems, with priority for experience in logistics digitalization.
Strong stress tolerance and crisis management awareness, adaptable to frequent international travel (with significant assignments to Africa).

协调与航运公司、货代、报关行、港口等相关合作伙伴的关系，确保物流服务的顺畅衔接。
搭建境外物流业务投融资体系，主导跨境资本运作、并购重组及合作谈判，优化资源配置。
协调集团总部、海外子公司及外部机构（政府、金融机构、律所等）的协作关系。
推动数字化管理平台建设，提升跨境业务数据透明度与决策效率。
建立全球物流业务风险评估框架，监控地缘政治、汇率波动及合规风险，制定风险缓释策略。
负责子公司财务合规性监管，审核境外业务预算、财务报表及成本结构，提供战略性财务分析。
优化物流资源配置，提高资源利用率，降低运营成本，提高公司经济效益。

任职要求

供应链、物流管理、交通运输、国际贸易等相关专业优先。
具有 8 年以上大宗商品跨境国际物流行业工作经验，精通国际航运物流业务流程，熟悉国际贸易规则和相关法律法规。
熟悉非洲及新兴市场商业环境，具有船公司、broker国际运营工作经历或主导过大型物流体系建设项目者优先。
中英文双语流利（书面及口语），能独立完成国际商务谈判及全中英文报告。具备跨文化敏感度，擅长与多元背景团队协作。
精通国际物流和供应链管理，了解国际财务准则、外汇管理及税务筹划，熟练使用SAP、Oracle等ERP系统，具有物流数字化建设经验优先。
良好的抗压能力与危机处理意识，适应高频次跨国出差（非洲区域占比高）。
