Job Description
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment according to company and workshop management regulations. This includes regular equipment inspections, eliminating potential hazards, ensuring normal equipment operation, and guaranteeing the smooth completion of production plans.
- Strictly adhere to all company management regulations, implement safety operating procedures for this position, improve personal safety awareness, and hold the required certifications.
- Be familiar with the equipment's structure, performance, technical specifications, and relevant compliant operating procedures.
- Understand the equipment's operating status, technical condition, and defects. Maintain accurate and timely maintenance and repair records. Clean the repair site promptly after repairs to ensure the equipment can operate normally and quickly.
- Responsible for the use and safekeeping of equipment and tools, as well as the management of spare parts.
- Responsible for the daily maintenance of production equipment and parts requisition. Comprehensive technical skills are required (referring to equipment repair, welding, etc.).
- Communicate with operators regarding safe operation of equipment, guide and supervise operators in equipment maintenance, and ensure that operators of specialized machines receive training before starting work.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by superiors.
