This 6-month internship Summer 2025 term, starting in May is your opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and take the next step in your HR career.
Join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in compensation and benefits management. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Compensation Intern reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards and HR Technology, supporting our compensation team in key projects related to global salary structures, executive compensation, and more.
As a Compensation Intern, You Will
- Support Market Benchmarking & Salary Recommendations
- Review and assist in developing calculation spreadsheets for salary recommendations based on market data.
- Assist Global Salary Structure Review
- Assist in the submission of compensation surveys to gather data for global salary structure review.
- Collect Proxy Data for Executive Compensation
- Support the collection and analysis of proxy data for executive compensation review.
- Support Year-End Data Collection & Calibration Process
- Assist in refining and streamlining the year-end data collection and calibration process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications
- Currently working towards a diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Exceptional Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
