Lead the implementation of the Group’s AI informatization strategy, build a full-link information collection and processing system for production and operations, and drive the optimization of mining production management and the improvement of operational efficiency through data intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Formulate the medium- and long-term AI informatization strategy for the Group’s mining sector, align it with business development goals, focus on planning the data architecture of smart mines, the roadmap for AI model applications and the implementation plan for digital transformation, and promote the in-depth integration of information technology with core businesses such as geological exploration, mining and beneficiation, and smelting and processing.
- Take the lead in coordinating cross-departmental efforts to sort out data requirements across all production, operation and management links, design a full-link information collection architecture; establish a unified data governance framework and formulate data standards.
- Lead the innovative application of AI technology in mining scenarios and promote the closure of the data feedback loop for production management decision-making.
- Liaise with external technology suppliers (covering AI algorithms, big data platforms, IoT devices, etc.), ensure the cost-effectiveness and implementation effect of technical solutions, and track cutting-edge technologies for mining digitalization (e.g., digital twins, edge computing).
- Collaborate with production, operation, safety, finance and other departments, clarify the priority of data-enabled business scenarios, organize enterprise-wide data literacy training, and improve the data application capabilities of all departments.
- Be responsible for the full-life-cycle management of group-level AI informatization projects.
