The Document Controller will process deliverables in accordance with global and project procedures, while developing role knowledge and experience aligned with discipline competency standards and knowledge tables.
- Receipt, registration and issue of deliverables in accordance with document control procedures
- Compilation of statistical reports from Documentum or other document management system
- Track and manage document revisions to ensure only the latest approved versions are in circulation
- Ensure all documentation meets company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate document flow between internal departments and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Ensure good written and oral communication between disciplines
- Maintain Discipline Competency via Competency Assessment Form and Knowledge Tables
- Demonstrate HSE awareness by actively participating in safety observations and initiatives
- Adherence to WOOD– Nobel Energy Processes and Procedures
- Effective delivery of assigned work scopes in accordance with discipline and contract process and procedures.
Qualifications
Internal: Lead Document Controller, Senior Document Controller, Engineering Manager, Delivery Team Leader, Project Engineering, Engineering , Construction, Commercial, Planning,
External: Client, Regulatory bodies
Minimum Qualifications
- 0-5 years experience with document management
- University Degree.
Minimum Experience
- Is knowledgeable and has experience in a project environment in Oil and Gas, Petro Chem or other relevant industry
Job-Specific Skills
Familiar with Information Management and Document Control protocols
