Induction Facilitator
The successful candidate will be responsible to facilitate Computer Based Training and other related induction programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively managing and coordinating the Computer Based Training.
- Maintaining of induction documents.
- Presenting induction related training program.
- Monitoring, advising and assisting with induction and training activities.
- Reviewing of induction content for continuous improvement.
- Assisting with correct translation of induction content where applicable.
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Assessor Certificate will be an added advantage.
- Driver’s License (Code EB/08).
Minimum Experience
- 1-year experience in the mining industry
- Computer Literacy
