Job Title: Mining Exploration Project Coordinator
About the Company
CleanTech Vanadium Mining Corp. ("CleanTech") is a highly specialised critical mineral mining company (TSXV: CTV , OTCQB: CTVFF).
CleanTech's Fluorspar Projects received over 745 historic drill holes, covering over 17,750 acres and collectively control key segments of the Illinois Kentucky Fluorspar District's most productive fault systems.
In addition, CleanTech's Vanadium mining project (Gibellini, Nevada) is advancing towards production in the United States with a Record of Decision approving the Environmental Impact Statement in October 2023.
CleanTech is currently seeking a Mining Exploration Project Coordinator. The position is a work-from-home role. Candidate must be a self-starter.
Key Responsibilities
Geological Modeling and Data Analysis
Use ArcGIS to map company property boundaries, drill hole data, mineral trends,and structural features such as faults.
Use Leapfrog to:
- Import and manage drill hole data (Excel-based datasets).
- Model mineral deposits.
- Estimate resource tonnage and grades.
- Develop and maintain 3D geological and block models.
Project Coordination and Planning
Support overall project management activities, including development of Gantt charts and schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants on:
- Permitting and regulatory processes
- Exploration programs
- Technical and economic studies
- Mine planning
- Processing plant design and construction
Track milestones, deliverables, and technical inputs across disciplines.
Technical and Regional Knowledge
Develop familiarity with and apply geological understanding of the
Kentucky–Illinois Fluorspar District.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and documentation of geological and project data.
Required Qualifications
Expert-level proficiency in ArcGIS and Leapfrog (mandatory).
Proven experience handling drill hole datasets and geological modeling.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on mineral exploration experience.
Native or near-native English proficiency.
Location
Preferred: Kentucky or Illinois (or nearby regions), working from home.
