Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate / equivalent
Procurement management Certificate
A valid driver’s license – Code 08
Computer literate
Supervisory certificate will be advantageous
Medically fit to work underground
Sage / Oracle experience will be advantageous
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
5 years of experience in stores control and procurement
Procurement knowledge in the Mining industry
Effective communication skills
Understanding workshop processes and inventory control
Inventory control background
Stock taking skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Facilitate and ensure effective coordination of stores control process
Ensure alignment to company procedures and processes
Compile weekly and monthly recon account of stock items
Capturing of procurement information into the financial management system
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standard always.
