Reporting to the relevant Senior/General Manager within the Iron Ore People team, you will partner with senior leaders to design and/or execute initiatives to enhance culture and engagement in line with the business strategy.

What You’ll Bring
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Relevant senior business partnering experience within a large, networked organisation
- Ability to define strategy and translate that strategy into executable and measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to engage, influence and collaborate with senior leadership and apply contemporary HR systems, processes, and obligations to complex problems
- Ability to coach and influence senior leaders in a way that drives improvement, tests conventional thinking and challenges the status quo
- Experience in organisational design and implementation of appropriate tools and systems, organisation and development interventions
- A HR or business-related qualification will be seen as advantageous
- It will be beneficial if you have experience within the resources/heavy industry/manufacturing sector
