2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
Ensures to maintain high level of asset reliability, availability and performance of mechanical equipment within the plant, providing accurate real-time response to abnormalities and control of operating parameters. Continuously leading cross functional teams to maintain and improve plant productions by seeking to improve asset uptime and efficient workflows. Initiatives taker and Work independently and knows when to seek help.
3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Qualification:
1. Bachelors of Engineering (Preferred Mechanical discipline) + 6 years as Engineer
2. Masters of Engineering (Specific discipline) +18 months as Engineer
Experience:
1. 10+ years experience as Smelter Reliability Engineer
