Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with client, facility operators, and local authorities
- Process and secure site access approvals including:
- Personnel badges
- Vehicle permits
- Equipment/material passes
- IT/computer access
- Ensure compliance with site security procedures and regulatory requirements
- Track, follow up, and expedite all access requests and renewals
- Maintain accurate records of permits and approvals
- Support subcontractors with access applications and requirements
- Resolve access-related issues and coordinate with stakeholders for timely solutions
- Provide regular updates to project management on access status
Expected
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- 2–5 years’ experience in government relations (GRO) or site access coordination
- Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects preferred
- Familiarity with Yanbu industrial area is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
