EarthStream Global is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager / Client Representative to support the successful delivery of complex, mission-critical data centre projects.
This is a key role for a commissioning professional with strong expertise in Data Centre CX (Commissioning & Validation), acting as the vital link between site teams, project stakeholders, and the client. You will play a central role in ensuring technical excellence, quality assurance, and smooth project delivery from early planning through to final handover.
Role Highlights
• Lead commissioning (CX) from planning through IST, validation & handover
• Act as the key client interface on site
• Manage risks, technical issues, and commissioning processes
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and high-quality delivery
Requirements
• Data centre commissioning experience (M&E, controls, IST)
• Strong QA/QC knowledge
• Experience with critical systems (UPS, generators, cooling, BMS)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
