Project Manager – Data Center Construction (Low Voltage)
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager, Low Voltage Systems to lead the delivery of critical infrastructure across new build and retrofit data center projects. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, installation, commissioning, and turnover of all low voltage systems, ensuring they meet Oracle’s high standards for security, reliability, and operational excellence.
You’ll act as a key interface between developers, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams, driving schedules, managing risk, and ensuring high-quality execution across mission‑critical environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the planning, execution, and commissioning of low voltage systems, including structured cabling, BMS, security, networking, and controls.
- Partner with developers and their general contractors to ensure technical compliance, quality, and scope alignment.
- Perform regular onsite reviews, audits, and inspections to validate installation progress and integration with core building systems.
- Drive project schedules by tracking milestones, identifying risks, and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Review and validate budgets, change orders, and invoices in collaboration with project controls and developer teams.
- Lead commissioning and turnover activities, ensuring systems are fully operational, documented, and ready for handover.
- Ensure compliance with codes, security requirements, and internal standards across all low voltage scopes.
- Promote process improvement and innovation, capturing lessons learned to strengthen future project delivery.
- Support and mentor team members working within low voltage disciplines, encouraging collaboration and technical growth.
