About The Role
We are looking for
2 Logistics Coordinators to play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of materials, equipment, and consumables between surface and underground locations. This position works closely with operations, maintenance, warehouse, procurement, and contractor teams to ensure materials are available where and when needed, while maintaining strict safety, inventory, and regulatory standards.
Reporting to the
Project Superintendent and working in a collaborative community within the team, you will
- Coordinate the delivery, movement, and staging of materials, consumables, and equipment for underground development and operations
- Liaise with warehouse, procurement, operations and maintenance teams to align logistics activities with work plans and schedules
- Support underground logistics planning including shafts, declines, laydown areas, and underground storage locations
- Monitor material availability, lead times, and critical stock items, escalating risks as required
- Ensure logistics activities comply with site safety standards, MSHA requirements, and company procedures
- Track and maintain accurate records of deliveries, transfers, and inventory movements using SAP
- Coordinate logistics support for contractors and project work scopes
- Participate in daily safety meetings, pre‑starts, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, cost control, and material flow between surface and underground areas
- Support logistics activities through a combination of coordination tasks and hands-on work such as forklift operation, inventory checks, and material staging
About You
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or materials coordination, preferably in an underground mining or heavy industrial environment
- Strong understanding of underground mining operations and material control principles
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and contractors in a high‑risk environment
- Working knowledge of SAP experience highly regarded
- Physically capable of working in active mine site environments, including operating forklifts (or willing to learn) and supporting material handling tasks

Where you will be working
You will be joining Resolution Copper at a pivotal moment in the project’s history. With the Resolution Copper Land Exchange now complete, the project is advancing its next phase of technical work, community engagement, and state permitting activities.
Resolution Copper has the potential to supply nearly 25% of total U.S. copper demand and generate several thousand direct and indirect jobs in the Pioneer Mining District of Arizona, delivering an economic value of several billion dollars over the life of the mine. The project will rely on block caving, a proven underground mining method that uses gravity to extract ore from a deposit located more than 2,000 meters below the surface. This technique is the most viable way to safely and efficiently recover the resource.
As development continues, Resolution Copper will expand its underground operations, conduct extensive drilling and orebody characterization, and maintain both the permitting process and ongoing public engagement with Native American tribes, local communities, and stakeholders.
The Resolution Copper project is vital to securing America’s energy future, infrastructure needs, and national defense by providing a domestic supply of copper and other critical minerals. Once operational, it has the potential to become one of the largest copper mines in the United States, contribute approximately $1 billion annually to Arizona’s economy, and create thousands of local jobs in a region with more than a century‑long mining heritage.
