About The Role
We are looking for a
Senior Planner, Shutdown to support the implementation and monitoring of Manage Physical Assets processes and system compliance.

Reporting to the
Lead, Shutdown Management, you will
- Optimize planned and unplanned downtime to support equipment reliability and reduce future risk
- Maintain accurate schedules and resource planning to ensure work is coordinated safely within approved timeframes
- Provide clear forecasts, risk assessments, and scenario insights to support balanced decision-making between production and asset integrity
- Support governance, quality assurance, and compliance across shutdown planning activities
- Improve communication and execution by maintaining centralized planning data and version control
What You’ll Bring

- A strong commitment to your own safety and the safety and wellbeing of others
- A relevant technical degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in maintenance planning within an industrial or similar environment
- Familiarity with asset management and scheduling tools such as SAP, Maximo, Primavera P6, or MS Project
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of maintenance work management processes
- Experience contributing to continuous improvement, including post-shutdown reviews, capturing lessons learned, and implementing improvements
