Job Description:
Architectural Design:
Responsible for the development of architectural designs for industrial facilities and related public buildings, in accordance with standards and client requirements.
Compliance with Standards and Specifications:
Strict application of applicable standards and technical specifications. Knowledge and use of various relevant technical standards, specifications, and procedures in the design process.
Coordination of Design Activities:
Execution of design work in line with company tasks and plans, including coordination with relevant experts and departments.
Design and Visualization:
Design in accordance with client requirements and preparation of 3D models and renderings.
Preparation of Construction Drawings:
Preparation of construction drawings in accordance with the architectural plan, ensuring completeness of project documentation and the required level of detail.
Site Activities and Project Monitoring:
Participation in on-site design activities, drawing reviews, monitoring design implementation, and timely resolution of issues arising during the design process.
Type of Professional Education:
Master’s degree in Architecture (3+2 years of study; Graduate Engineer of Architecture – 5 years of study)
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years
Computer Skills:
Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, as well as other similar tools.
Foreign Language Skills:
Fluent in English
Special Knowledge and Skills:
Strong on-site project coordination and technical leadership abilities, with a strong sense of teamwork;
Holder of a license from the Engineering Chamber of Serbia (ICS): old 300, new AP 02;
Candidates who have passed the professional exam in mining will be given preference.
