Finance Analyst

What you'll do
- Deliver monthly financial reporting, analysis and performance insights, supporting data-driven decision-making for senior stakeholders.
- Design and implement effective financial processes, controls and audit mechanisms, including oversight of corrective actions where required.
- Partner with senior leaders across Operations Excellence, Compliance, Finance and Legal to ensure integrated planning, governance and execution.
- Ensure compliance with Group financial governance, maintain audit readiness, and support statutory, regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
- Focusing on ensuring accounts payable is managed, helping managing forecasted budgets and provide reports
What you bring
- Degree-qualified in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline, with a professional accounting or finance qualification considered advantageous.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in finance, reporting, governance or related roles within complex, matrixed organisations, including exposure to financial analyst or financial planning positions.
- Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and end-to-end financial operations, including Accounts Payable processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, including purchase orders and purchase requisitions, alongside strong proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
- Proven ability to interpret complex financial data, develop insights, and translate strategic objectives into actionable financial plans.
- Strong understanding of financial governance, regulatory compliance and audit processes, with effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
