We are looking for an experienced Site Contract Manager to support a major EPC/power infrastructure project based on site in Homer City, PA.
Key responsibilities include:
• Contract & subcontract administration
• Claims, variations & delay management
• Commercial risk mitigation
• Change orders & back charges
• Progress tracking & contractual reporting
• Supporting project leadership on commercial/site issues
Requirements:
✔ 10+ years’ contract/commercial management experience
✔ EPC, power generation, infrastructure or substation project background
✔ Strong knowledge of claims, EOTs, variations & contract law
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
This is a site-based role with strong long-term prospects and significant overtime potential depending on project needs.
