Overview
The AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Director, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Center of Excellence (CoE) that will lead the evolution of the EPM in the context of the broader financial systems landscape.
The director will define and govern the organization's global EPM strategy, capabilities, and roadmap. This role leads a centralized CoE responsible for financial planning, consolidation, management reporting and analytics tools – leveraging Oracle EPM Cloud and embedded AI capabilities to enable insight-driven decision-making and streamlined financial close across the business.
The Director partners closely with Finance teams, IT, Data & Analytics teams, and business stakeholders to standardize processes, optimize technology, and embed best practices across the EPM ecosystem.
Your role
EPM Strategy & Governance:
- Define and own the enterprise EPM vision, target state, and multi-year roadmap aligned with Finance strategy and AtkinsRéalis Vision 35 priorities.
- Establish CoE governance, standards, and operating model across planning, forecasting, close, consolidation, reporting, and analytics.
- Act as the enterprise authority on EPM design decisions, architectural patterns, and best practices.
AI-Enabled Performance Management:
- Champion the adoption of AI and intelligent capabilities within Oracle EPM, including predictive forecasting, scenario modeling, anomaly detection, and intelligent insights.
- Partner with Finance Systems CoE Automation and AI stream to leverage enterprise data, machine learning, and generative AI to augment planning narratives, commentary, and management insights.
- Ensure AI use within EPM is governed, explainable, and aligned with Finance controls and risk standards.
Solution Delivery & Platform Leadership:
- Oversee optimization of the Oracle EPM platform.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and integrated EPM solutions aligned with ERP, data platforms, and reporting tools.
- Drive continuous improvement of models, assumptions, and business logic to enhance accuracy, agility, and usability.
Business Partnership:
- Partner with Finance leaders (FP&A, Finance Business Partners, Finance Operations to translate business needs into EPM capabilities.
- Enable advanced forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive global standardization.
People & Operating Model:
- Lead a high-performing EPM CoE team (product owners, modelers, analysts, solution architects).
- Define roles, skills, and career paths, champion upskilling and knowledge sharing.
- Manage system integrators and external partners as needed.
Transformation & Change Leadership:
- Champion modernization of performance management practices.
- Drive adoption, change management, and value realization across Finance and the business.
- Monitor EPM KPIs and benefits realization (cycle time, forecast accuracy, user adoption, automation).

- Clear, adopted enterprise EPM strategy and roadmap.
- Increased planning agility, forecast quality, and transparency.
- Reduced manual effort and cycle times across planning and close processes.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Technology; MBA, CPA, or CFA is an asset.
- Background in global, matrixed organization; engineering or infrastructure sector experience is an asset.
- 10+ years of experience in finance systems, EPM, FP&A, or performance management roles (ideally in an Oracle ERP and EPM environment or similar).
- Hands-on experience with leading EPM platforms (ideally Oracle EPM Cloud).
- Deep knowledge of EPM processes (planning, consolidation, reporting).
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, IT, and executive leadership.
- Bilingualism (French & English)
