Job Purpo
se:• The Lead Technician, Mechanical is responsible for leading and executing mechanical maintenance activities within the Rolling/Finishing lines to ensure optimal equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance. The role focuses on minimizing downtime through effective preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM), supervising maintenance teams and contractors, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standar
ds.
This position plays a key role in troubleshooting complex mechanical issues, planning maintenance activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Lead Technician also ensures accurate documentation of maintenance activities, supports failure investigations and root cause analysis (RCA), and promotes best practices in maintenance execution, safety compliance, and 5S standards across workshops and field operati
ons.
