Project Director - Large DC Project – Belgium - Onsite
Earthstream Global is seeking an experienced and driven Project Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across a major Data Center project in Belgium.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering high-value, multidisciplinary design-and-build, and you will oversee Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works alongside MEP systems, ensuring safe, high-quality and commercially successful project delivery.
As the Project Director, you will act as the senior point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders and supply chain partners, driving excellence at every stage of the project lifecycle, and bring strong leadership capability.

Essential experience and qualifications
- 20+ years’ construction management experience.
- Strong experience delivering Data centre projects, large-scale technical or industrial projects, and complex MEP-intensive environments.
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycles across multidisciplinary CSA and MEP teams.
- Strong understanding of commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), and technical handover processes.
- Strong commercial, financial and contractual management expertise.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Procore and BIM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- knowledge of Belgium construction regulations would be a plus.
