Supplier Quality Manager - Mechanical - DC Projects - Hybrid with Travel!
Our client is a leading global developer and operator of mission-critical infrastructure, delivering state-of-the-art data centre projects across Europe. As their portfolio continues to expand, they are looking to appoint an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to ensure the highest standards of supplier performance, product quality, and compliance across their construction supply chain.
As Supplier Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supplier quality strategies, working closely with procurement, engineering, project delivery, and key manufacturing partners to ensure materials, equipment, and services consistently meet project specifications and quality requirements.
You'll build strong supplier relationships while driving continuous improvement initiatives that reduce risk, improve performance, and support successful project delivery across multiple international projects.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or Vendor Quality Management.
- Experience working on data centre, mission-critical, industrial, energy, Oil&Gas, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of supplier auditing, manufacturing quality processes, and quality management systems.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Solid experience working with mechanical equipment suppliers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience conducting root cause investigations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external suppliers.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication in English.
