As Part of Our Team, You Will
• Execute end-to-end Commercial Assurance activities, including reviews, control testing, action tracking, and follow-up.
• Provide second-line assurance to validate the effectiveness of controls across key commercial and supply chain processes.
• Identify control gaps, emerging risks, and systemic issues, driving corrective actions through structured remediation plans.
• Assess compliance with Commercial Standards and responsible sourcing requirements using evidence-based assurance methods.
• Analyze supply chain and responsible sourcing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate assurance findings into actionable insights, dashboards, and reports that support business decision-making.
• Perform root cause analysis to address recurring issues and embed sustainable process improvements.
• Deliver accurate and timely corporate reporting and ESG disclosures while maintaining data quality and integrity.
• Support the integration of assurance and responsible sourcing requirements into systems, processes, and workflows, including SAP and Ariba.
• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Finance, Risk, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
- Experience in assurance, internal controls, risk management, audit, compliance, or supply chain governance.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, assurance frameworks, responsible sourcing, and ESG requirements.
- Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP and Ariba.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, control gaps, and root causes.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business insights from complex datasets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present findings and influence outcomes.
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive accountability.
Your Work Environment
You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, partnering with Commercial, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Finance, Internal Audit, and Risk teams. This role offers broad exposure across commercial and supply chain operations, with opportunities to influence business performance, strengthen governance, and support responsible sourcing and ESG objectives through data-driven assurance and continuous improvement.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $86,500 - 115,300. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
