Job Summary:
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior FM Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operational delivery of a major Facilities Management project in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in MEP systems, strategic leadership, and proven experience in managing complex FM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the FM operations team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery across all MEP systems.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with client requirements and contractual obligations.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor performance, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Support digital transformation initiatives including CAFM systems and smart FM technologies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in MEP Engineering or a related discipline.
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior FM Operations Manager role within the Facilities Management field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale FM projects, preferably in the Middle East.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in FM software, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
