In this role you will be responsible for:

Assisting the Administration Manager to plan, control and coordinate a Creditors & Debtors system to effectively achieve work outputs. The role is responsible for ensuring system policies and procedures are adhered to and to co-ordinate work outputs and has a role in supporting the optimization of the whole function
This role provides administrative support to the business unit; prioritizes work activities and actions within the framework provided by Manager
Improve Vendor engagement
Ensure accuracy and on time delivery of work activities
Increase competency of team
Strive for reliable, predictable, and fool proof administration

About you:

Advance Diploma – Finance Management or a related qualification
A minimum of Two (2) years’ experience that include SAP Experience
Five (5) years relevant Experience. Experience in the mine industry preferred
Strong leadership and people skills with proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in English (listening, questioning, summarising)
Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
Valid driver’s license
Computer skills (SAP and Coupa)
