This is an opportunity for an experienced professional - someone who understands equipment, failure modes and maintenance realities firsthand - to help shape how we assess asset condition, anticipate issues before they arise, and keep our operations running at peak performance.
In this role, expertise to influence how we monitor, maintain and improve our fleet across mines, rail, port and our rapidly evolving decarbonised mobile equipment. You’ll champion practical solutions, drive the adoption of new technologies, and guide a high-performing team focused on safety, reliability and operational excellence.
You will lead Fortescue’s asset health function, embedding best-practice processes and systems, developing meaningful asset insights, and providing clear, data-driven reporting to senior leaders. You’ll also support the trial and rollout of advanced condition monitoring tools and help streamline our asset management systems to ensure high-quality, efficient decision-making.
This role reports to the Manager Asset Health & Performance and leads a skilled team of specialists committed to supporting Fortescue’s journey.
