Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Administrator specializing in Systems and Infrastructure, located in Red Lake, ON. The IT Administrator will manage day-to-day system and network administration tasks, provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all IT systems and infrastructure operate efficiently. Collaborating with other teams, the role will also include maintaining uptime, implementing updates and security protocols, and overseeing infrastructure projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to assist users with IT-related issues effectively.
- Experience with Network Administration, including monitoring, maintaining, and configuring network systems.
- Strong System Administration skills, including server management and software updates.
- In-depth knowledge of Information Technology systems, network security, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to resolve complex IT challenges efficiently.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent (preferred).
- Proven ability to work on-site effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Previous experience in the mining or resource industry is advantageous but not required.
