Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
- Support in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Help with system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate records of system changes.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and upgrades.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s / Diploma in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
