Your Impact
You will ensure a smooth and accurate employee experience by delivering high-quality HR operational support across the entire employee life cycle. Your work strengthens data accuracy, supports compliance, and enables employees and managers to receive timely and reliable People Services.
As Part of Our Team, You Will
- Maintain and validate employee data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Work daily with SuccessFactors Employee Central and UKG/Kronos to manage transactions and resolve issues.
- Support employees, managers, and HR partners by providing clear guidance and excellent service.
- Identify data discrepancies and escalate or resolve them to maintain system integrity.
- Collaborate with colleagues in People Services, HRBPs, Finance, and global HR teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or administrative HR roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and UKG/Kronos.
- Knowledge of onboarding/offboarding processes and time management administration.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort working with large volumes of data.
- Team-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a customer-service approach.
- English proficiency preferred.
Your Work Environment
- You will work on a 5x2 roster in a remote capacity, with occasional travel to the mine site, in Santa Cruz province.
- You will work as part of Newmont’s regional People Services team, operating in a remote, fast-paced, and process-driven environment. You will regularly collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and global HR teams while supporting employees across multiple locations.
