Administer and process tickets and data requests, execute tasks into Successfactors, and solve work-related issues efficiently.
As Part Of Our Team You Will
- Generate HR process automatization.
- Provide HR teams with system solutions through automation to enhance their HR processes, and ensure follow-up on the implementation.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into HR systems, maintaining data quality and integrity.
- Prepare cyclical and ad-hoc HR reports, scorecards, dashboards, analytic reports.
Prerequisites For Your Success In This Role
- A degree in information technology, human resources or related field.
- English advanced.
- Employe Central (SSFF) system and general functionality.
- Advanced experience in HR processes automatization.
- General HR operations and practices.
- Advanced in proficiency in data management updates in SuccessFactors.
Your Work Environment
- This position is remote and requires frequent travel to the Peñasquito mine, or Monterrey/Zacatecas office.
- The work schedule is 5 days on, followed by 2 days off.
