Our Graduate Development Program - COMPASS is a Technical development program that helps new graduates advances into technical specialization and leader roles within ou diverse operation site at Porgera. Them program incorporates 'at the face ' work experience with a set of NPL Technical Learning Objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
To be Eligible, you must meet the below rerequirments;
- A GPA of 2.75 and above
- Must have ompleted final year of study in 2025, or a recent graduate within the last three (3) years
- Majoring in one of the following discipliness from the recognized tertiary institutions:
- Mining Engineering
- Geology
- Metallurgy
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Civil /Structural Engineeering
- Accounting
- Human Resources
- Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
