About the Role

Key Accountabilities
- Lead the Minerals America Stakeholder Engagement for any Global Ecosystem Campaigns or Programs.
- Lead key Joint Ventures and Strategic Relationships to support the successful and accelerated delivery of the innovation portfolio in line with the Global Ecosystem Approach .
- Lead the development of new and emerging ecosystem opportunities and relationships aligned to the Innovation Domains and the Innovation Strategy.
- Lead the capture of the Voice of Customer from the Innovation Community in Minerals America and identify opportunities to continuously improve.
- Identify risks associated with partnership, funding or commercialisation aspects of the innovation portfolio.
- Support the provision of ecosystem insights and market intelligence to asset customers in region to create new opportunities to pursue.
- Conducts presentations and facilitate workshops using storytelling to connect, influence and engage the audience.
- Embodies “One Technical” and collaborates with key internal stakeholders to leverage BHP’s full capability.
- Strives to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste.
- Knowing our customer and is obsessed with meeting their needs.
About You
- Deep experience and understanding of the BHP Operating System and effective ways to implement and execute.
- Al least ten years of experience in management of complex and dynamic innovation portfolios in heavy industry settings.
- Experience with accelerators, incubators or consortium-based models in innovation.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders internally and externally and leading high profile complex partnerships and negotiations.
- English and Spanish proficiency.
- Availability to work from Santiago office under hybrid work system.
