Your Impact
As a PMO Analyst within Newmont’s Digital organization, you will support the successful delivery of high-impact digital initiatives by strengthening governance, improving visibility, and enabling data-driven decision making. Your work will help ensure projects deliver measurable value, align with strategy, and are executed consistently across our global portfolio.
As Part of Our Team, You Will...
- Support the governance, tracking, and reporting of Digital projects and programs across global, regional, and site portfolios.
- Maintain and enhance PMO standards, tools, templates, and dashboards to improve consistency and transparency.
- Monitor project performance, including schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and benefits realization.
- Consolidate and analyze portfolio data to produce executive-ready dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with portfolio planning, prioritization, and capacity management activities.
- Support Digital strategy execution, annual planning, and ROI tracking in partnership with Finance and Digital leaders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement of PMO practices.
Support communications, training materials, and change management activities related to Digital initiatives and PMO tools
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
- Experience supporting project or portfolio management functions in an IT or Digital environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project and reporting tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, concise insights for diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
- Interest in process improvement, governance, and data-driven decision making.
Your Work Environment
- You will work within Newmont’s global Digital organization, partnering with project managers, IT teams, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- The role operates in a dynamic, global environment supporting multiple initiatives at varying stages of delivery.
- Role works closely with PMO Director who is out of Denver Corporate HQ, but will work across regions and various timezones to support PMO efforts.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $89,760-117,810. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
