Your Next Challenge
Reporting to the Supervisor, Reliability, you will be part of the Maintenance Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Promote good maintenance practices and reliability culture;
- Research, read and resume technical documentation and information for the mill maintenance crew;
- Act as a technical resource for the process plant department;
- Participate in the maintenance program optimization activities. (RCA, RCM, FMECA);
- Actively participate in the troubleshooting of problematic equipment;
- Perform scheduled predictive data collection route and analysis (Vibration and thermal imagery);
- Be involved in the day-to-day maintenance work and document relevant events and conditions associated;
- Conduct statistical analysis and forecast on component lifecycle ;
- Analyze repetitive equipment failure and make recommendations on improvement actions;
- Review and create maintenance procedures and preventive work checklist;
- Maintain current and revise equipment bill of material based on consumption analysis.
What You Need To Succeed
What You Need To Succeed:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology Degree or equivalent;
- 3-5 years of experience in the reliability field, in a similar role;
- Experience with condition monitoring technology (Vibration analysis, Lubricant analysis, Thermography);
- Experience with major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) package;
- Ability to define and lead project-based workshops;
- Be comfortable with all models of failure measurement;
- Mining experience is considered an asset;
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Your Work Schedule
- Schedule: 14 days of work, followed by 14 days for transportation and rest;
- Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides charter flights to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
