Your Impact
You will ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of Newmont’s technology changes by performing end-to-end QA/QC reviews across applications, infrastructure, and enterprise systems. Your work enables safe change implementation, audit readiness, and operational stability across the organization.
As part of our team, you will
- Undertake assigned system quality assurance reviews of application, network, computing, and database change requests to ensure compliance with Newmont’s standards.
- Review Change Requests to validate testing strategies, test scripts, executions, and supporting evidence.
- Escalate non-compliant Change Requests to the Team Lead, Testing QA-QC.
- Complete Change Implementation reviews within established timelines.
- Collaborate with IT and Business stakeholders when gaps, issues, or risks are identified during test execution or evidence review.
- Verify and validate Post-Implementation documentation as part of Change Request closure.
- Support QA/QC processes for enterprise IT platforms, including ServiceNow Change Management.
- Capture data to support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in QA/QC processes and delivery standards.
Prerequisites for your success in this role
- 2+ years of experience in QA/QC, system testing, or technology change management roles.
- Mandatory knowledge of Network, Computing, Application Services, Databases, and Enterprise systems.
- Experience with ServiceNow Change Management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with strong Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
- Exposure to SAP environments, including HCM, SuccessFactors, FICO, SCM, and EAM modules.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to identify non-compliance, and confidence to escalate risks when required.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

You will work as an individual contributor within the Testing QA-QC team, partnering closely with IT, Business, and Enterprise stakeholders. The role operates in a structured, compliance-driven environment where quality discipline, timely execution, and proactive risk management are essential.
