About The Role
Are you passionate about data, digital transformation, or supply chain operations? Excited by the idea of contributing to a major enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation project? Join IAMGOLD as a Data Support Analyst Intern and gain handson experience supporting Project Nova, our transition to the new Oracle Fusion platform.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with global Supply Chain teams, data analysts, and project specialists to help cleanse, organize, and prepare critical data for migration. You’ll also support the development of new training materials that will help teams adopt standardized processes across IAMGOLD’s operations. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in ERP systems, data management, and large-scale digital transformation.
The Internship is from May 4, 2026 to August 28, 2026.

What You’ll Do
- Supply Chain ERP Transformation (Project Nova)
- Learn how IAMGOLD’s current and future Supply Chain processes operate across global sites.
- Support data analysts in consolidating repositories of contracts, forms, and supply chain documents.
- Help restructure and standardize core data elements to align with new Oracle Fusion requirements.
- Assist in preparing accurate, cleansed datasets for ERP migration.
- Supply Chain Training Development
- Collaborate with the Global Supply Chain team to create training materials for new processes and governance standards.
- Help build clear, user-friendly resources that support the rollout of Project Nova.
- Master Data Management
- Assist with ongoing master data cleansing in supply chain systems.
- Help maintain data accuracy and consistency across ERP platforms.
Key Skills & Knowledge
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Project Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Interest in data, statistics, ERP systems, or digital transformation is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Bilingual (French/English) candidates are encouraged to apply.
