The organization is involved in performance-based contracting and large-scale energy optimization initiatives.
Role Summary
We are recruiting a Business Development Manager - ESCO Focus to support the growth of energy services and performance-based ESCO projects. The role will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and leading client negotiations while working closely with internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new ESCO and energy services projects
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline across C&I and government sectors
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract closure
- Prepare ESCO proposals, business cases, and financial models
- Coordinate with technical teams on audits, feasibility studies, and solution development
- Maintain long-term client relationships and support sustainability objectives
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Management, or similar discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in business development or sales within ESCO, energy efficiency, or renewable energy sectors
- Strong understanding of performance-based contracts and energy project financials
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and close complex deals
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
