Job Description
Albemarle is hiring for the project engineer . This position is located at Taichung site 100% .
What You Will Do
- Lead projects from FEL to execution stage and handover to production or other sponsors. (主持專案從前期設計到執行階段，並且最終交付給生產或是其他專案需求單位。)
- Support other project team member with the professional knowledge. (以自身的專業知識支持專案團隊內部其他人。)
- Meeting with stakeholders and vendors. (和工廠利害關係人以及供應商會議及溝通。)
- Site construction supervision and HSE management (現場施工及HSE管理。)
- Take overtime if the project required (依專案需求加班。)
- Site and project manager assigned activities and works (工廠和專案經理指派之活動和任務。)
- Site or projec team adminstration and HSE works (工廠或專案團隊行政和HSE任務。)
What You Bring
Required: (necessary to have; 必須擁有的能力)
- Clear mind and logics (清晰的頭腦以及邏輯)
- Good interpersonal skills (良好人際相處能力)
- Be able to develop every steps between project start and end. (能夠發展從專案開始到結束的每個步驟。)
- Capable to perfrom multi-tasks at the same time. (能夠同時進行多項任務。)
- Friendly and emotionally stable (友善且情緒穩定)
- Language: can communicate with other global colleagues by using English (能夠獨立和集團其他同事使用英語溝通。)
- Report any emergency or critical issue in time. (及時回報任何緊急或關鍵問題。)
- Always with solutions if there is question -or- discuss with project manager in time (對於問題需要有對應的對策，或者，及時和專案經理討論。)
Preferred: (not all but if some or one of them; 並非全部但擁有一些或其中一項即可。)
- Familiar with control system / automation / instruments and can independently perform relative works like DSC, PLC...(熟悉控制系統、自動控制、儀表且能獨立執行相關工作，諸如DCS或PLC。)
- Familiar with mechanical equipment and can to perform relative works independently like stirring, pump, pressuried tanks...(熟習機械設備且能獨立執行相關工作，如攪拌、泵、壓力容器等...。)
- Familar with pipe engineering work and can perform relative works independently (熟悉管道工程並能獨立執行相關工作。)
- Familar with steel structure and can perform relative design and review works independently (熟悉管道工程並能獨立執行相關工作。)
- Engineering drawing development or revision like AutoCAD...(工程圖面繪畫或修改能力)
- Project management ability (專案管理能力)
- Good English writing for project relative documents (可以寫好英文的專案相關文件。)
- Quality control and assurance concept (品質確認及保證觀念)
- Familari with Microsoft office, SAP...(熟悉Office, SAP...)
