Responsibilities
- Lead BIM/VDC scope for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, deadlines, and client requirements
- Plan project BIM activities, deliverables, milestones, and coordination workflows
- Ensure project compliance with KIWE BIM standards, and project specific requirements
- Implement and maintain BEPs, model setup, file structures, and documentation workflows
- Support adherence to naming conventions, coordination procedures, and data exchange protocols
- Manage model health checks, QA/QC reviews, and interdisciplinary coordination efforts
- Oversee project configuration in Autodesk Docs, BIM 360, or ACC
- Identify opportunities to optimize design and coordination workflows using tools such as Dynamo or integrations when appropriate
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
- 8+ years of professional BIM experience, including: 5+ years full‑time Revit experience, 3+ years supporting or leading BIM scope on industrial/EPC/design‑build projects
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Docs/ACC
- Experience with Dynamo, Python, C# or similar tools (Desirable)
- Experience developing or implementing BEPs, coordination schedules, model audits, and digital workflows
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and multidisciplinary coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- English advanced is a must, minimum B2+
