We are seeking Account Payable Manager that will be based in Jakarta.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment and reconciliation
- Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and employee expenses
- Approve and verify the accuracy of invoices and other payment request
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and taxation regulations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in Account Payables and Implement best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy in AP processing
- Manage vendor invoices processing
- Reconciliation of monthly inter-company creditor statements.
- Resolution disputes with vendor and follow up outstanding invoices not received with suppliers as per statements received.
- Monitor reconcile items related with AP, advances of corporate credit card and employees advances
- Monitor long outstanding of advances and concur claim expenses
- Monitor and resolution of GRIR
- Ensure work instructions and other documentation is available and up to date
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustment
- Assist in month end reporting
- Ownership of Business Process & Policy documents for AP & Business Expenses
- Provide timely updates to management regarding any significant issues or risks related to accounts payable
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to payment fraud or discrepancies
- Supervise, train, and mentor the accounts payable team
Who You Are
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in same position or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of AP SAP ERP is a must and preferably having knowledge in Concur expense application.
- Strong communication skill and keen in follow up open item
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Understanding of tax regulations i.e WHT & VAT
- Experience in leading a team
